Fundamental Training Techniques and Learning Methods

 

This course is a fundamental train-the-trainer course designed for new trainers who are entering the field of training or current trainers who want to improve their effectiveness.   Participants of this course learn the basic skills and competencies of training delivery, facilitation and classroom management. 

 

Trainers improve their confidence level to present in front of an audience and learn specific learning methods and training techniques that increase their poise, professionalism and impact.

 

Train-the-Trainer Course 101 is designed to provide trainers the essential skills needed to effectively deliver their course content using a participant-focused approach to learning.   By engaging and involving participants in the learning; retention improves and training transfer increases.
