Digging Deeper into DiSC
Participants in the Digging Deeper in DiSC workshop will learn how to use the DiSC Model of Human Behavior more effectively in their training, coaching and/or consulting sessions. Whether a beginner or veteran DiSC user, this workshop will provide you many opportunities to deepen your knowledge of DiSC, learn new application exercises, develop greater confidence using and interpreting the DiSC profiles and reports, and overall learn how to use DiSC in a variety of people development and performance improvement situations. Digging Deeper in to DiSC is a one-day workshop.

DiSC Trainer Certification
The DiSC Certification programs are an in-depth train-the-trainer seminar designed to provide the learner a comprehensive learning experience on the DiSC Model of Human Behavior. Participants of this program will study the theory and research on which the DiSC profiles and reports are based, learn how to administer and interpret many of the DiSC profiles, experience numerous learning activities on how to use DiSC in training and coaching, and develop a working knowledge of the DiSC Facilitaor's Kit, DVD and trainer support materials. This program will certify trainers and coaches to use DiSC in their organization. DiSC Certification programs are  two-day in length and are held in Minneapolis, MN..

AIATrain-the-Trainer
AIA (formerly Adventures in Attitudes) is a time-tested, life-changing human relations program that helps individuals discover how positive attitudes create positive outcomes. It is a 30 hour program that transforms passive employees into high-energy performers. Trainers desiring to be certified to lead the Adventures in Attitudes seminar will experience the program and learn how to lead and facilitate the program. AIA Seminar and Train-the-Trainer is a three-day training program.
