Rich Meiss, MBA  has played a key role in the Human Resource Industry since 1972, holding executive positions with Personal Dynamics Institute, Carlson Learning Company (now Inscape Publishing), The Bob Pike Group, and currently President of Meiss Education Institute.

He has personally trained over 50,000 trainers and leaders, conducting workshops, seminars and delivering keynote speeches in over 150 cities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe,  Africa and Asia.
