He has personally trained over 50,000 trainers and leaders, conducting workshops, seminars and delivering keynote speeches in over 150 cities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia.

Rich works with organizations in creating and delivering innovative training programs at the organizational level (coaching, teambuilding, sales, service) and at the personal level (leadership, empowerment, motivation).

An inspiring speaker and interactive trainer, Rich delivers seminars and keynotes each year to businesses, organizations, and trade associations. His topics vary, but his theme always centers on increasing personal and organizational productivity through developing the human side of enterprise.
